You can purchase a monthly cloud storage plan, and access your cloud and view the videos stored there within one month starting from the date of your purchase.

There are monthly cloud storage plans of 7-day or 30-day recordings.

If you choose the 7-day recordings monthly plan, each of your motion detected videos will remain available on your cloud for 7 days and will be automatically deleted afterwards. In other words, you can view your motion detected videos which are recorded in the past 7 days.
If you choose the 30-day recordings monthly plan, each of your motion detected videos will remain available on your cloud for 30 days and will be automatically deleted afterwards. In other words, you can view your motion detected videos which are recorded in the past 30 days.

No motion detected videos will be recorded to cloud storage prior to your purchase. Therefore, you can only view the videos which are recorded since the day you purchase your cloud storage plan.
If you do not purchase cloud storage plan, you can record videos to a micro SD card.

To purchase and manage your cloud storage plans:

Tap to display the side menu, and then tap Plan Management;

Tap under Live view to enter Plan Management if you have not purchased and added any cloud storage plan for the camera.

After entering Plan Management, click the following icons on the top right corner to enter the respective subpage:

All Devices - To view all cameras and their events recorded.

Plan Management - To view, purchase or cancel cloud storage plan.

Account - To view invoices and records, manage your account or sign out.

If the Plan Management page does not sign you in automatically, tap Sign in on the displayed page. Use your current account at MyVTech Cams app to sign in. See Sign in.
